Fe Punzalan, MSN

Outstanding UP Alumnus in Health Care Leadership and Mentorship

Fe Odsigue is a visionary nurse, entrepreneur, and community leader who transformed humble beginnings into a thriving legacy. After founding her first residential care facility in 1997 with only $200 in the bank, she grew her business into a multi-million-dollar enterprise—eventually operating four corporations for over 27 years with a reputation for excellence in care for persons with special needs and behavioral challenges.

A trailblazer in California’s healthcare industry, Fe has received multiple government grants, mentored seven couples in establishing their own facilities, and created jobs and opportunities for countless Filipino-Americans. Her leadership, dedication to high standards, and passion for service have earned her the trust of regulatory agencies and the gratitude of families served. Fe’s vision of "breaking poverty" extended to her large family, helping many emigrate, establish careers, and build sustainable futures.
